Perfect for weddings, engagements, baptisms, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events and other special occasions, our welcome boards are printed using your supplied artwork on premium signage boards.

Please ensure your artwork is print-ready before placing your order. If we identify any issues that may affect the final print, we'll contact you before production begins.

Board Options

PVC Foam Board (3mm or 5mm)

PVC Foam Board is lightweight, durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It provides excellent print quality with no show-through. 5mm is recommended for larger or free-standing welcome signs.

Enviro Board (5mm)

Lightweight with a premium matte finish. Made from recycled materials, fully recyclable and manufactured with a lower carbon footprint. Due to its lightweight construction, some light show-through may occur when positioned directly in front of a strong light source.

Design Process

• Once your order has been placed, we'll review your artwork before production.

• If we identify any issues that may affect the final print quality, we'll contact you before printing.

• Once your artwork is approved, your welcome board will move into production.

Print Production

• Production generally takes 10–15 business days from artwork approval.

• Once printing has been completed, every welcome board is quality checked, carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.

• If you require your order for a specific event date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Delivery

All welcome boards are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping options are available at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
