Digital Products

Instant Download

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchased files.

Please save your files to your computer, external drive, or cloud storage after downloading them. The download link is provided for the initial delivery of your purchase only.

After the files have been downloaded, they may no longer be available for re-download. We are unable to replace, resend, or store purchased digital files if they are lost, deleted, or damaged.

Please note that Instant Download products are supplied as-is and are not editable, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Corjl Editable Templates

For editable templates, you will receive an email from Corjl shortly after your payment has been processed with a secure link to access your template.

Editable templates remain available for 120 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Physical Products

In-stock physical products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Custom, personalised, and made-to-order products require additional production time before dispatch. The estimated production time for these products is displayed on the relevant product page and may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and seasonal demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Orders are shipped primarily via Australia Post or another trusted delivery provider selected by Kallistes Paper Co.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are in addition to the order processing or production times. Delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Kallistes Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kallistes Paper Co. is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at support@kallistes.com.au. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
