Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kallistes Paper Co., we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing your order.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital downloads, editable templates, and instant-access products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Once access to your digital product or editable template has been provided, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you need assistance before placing an order, contact us at support@kallistes.com.au  If you experience any technical issues accessing your files after purchase, we're always happy to help resolve the problem.

Physical Products

Unused, unopened, and non-personalised physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unopened;

  • in their original condition;

  • in their original packaging where applicable;

  • not personalised, custom-made, or marked as final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be remedied under Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Personalised & Custom Products

Personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

If your personalised product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kallistes.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
